Residents can keep in touch with each other through the various block WhatsApp Groups. Details of these groups are on your block notice boards.
For BCML to inform residents of things happening – scaffolding, electricity outages etc., there will normally be a message on the notice board in the entrance to each block. Our managing agents advise BCML of any works etc., and we will try and notify residents via the WhatsApp group and notice boards.
Our managing agents will email all leaseholders (provided they have been given the email address).
It is the responsibility of the leaseholders to notify their letting agent or the tenants directly.
